SELF MEDITATION

 


   Meditation is an act in which an individual trains the mind either to realize some benefits or for the mind to simply acknowledge its content without becoming identified with that content. One of the most beautiful things about meditation is its complete and total freedom. No one will tell you what is right and wrong, or what is good or bad.

    Meditation also involves an internal effort to regulate the mind in some way by yourself. When meditating, your inner self or higher self reveals itself, you see everything about yourself, what affects you, how it does affect you and all you're able to screen about yourself and you're able to discuss with yourself. You decide for yourself based on things you've been through.When you meditate, the body rests and feel free to connect with your soul through your thoughts.

I meditate when I have so many thoughts and I want to be at peace with my thoughts then I have this cute discussion with myself, I realize so many things in this process, this experience is difficult to express in words.
When you are meditating, you want to let thoughts flow through you without engaging in them through the act of thinking. 

One of the best things I learnt from meditation was a feeling self-discipline. While meditating, I saw where I needed to improve, and then the self-discipline came naturally, I saw that some of my behaviors were not good in some ways, and then I felt the desire to change. I wanted something different for myself, that was the most important step. And the more I meditated the more I found a strength inside, and then I decided to change.
     
Self meditation makes you make healthy and wise choices, it helps you make peace with your mind, body and soul. 
  It requires just a little time, a time of silence...a time of silent discussion between you and yourself. 
   

            BENEFITS OF SELF MEDITATION

  1. It helps you build your self-confidence
  2. It helps to control your thoughts and also helps with focus & concentration.
  3. It helps growing wisdom and deeper understanding of yourself and other.
